3. Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on orders above ₹[your threshold, e.g., ₹999].
- For orders below the free shipping limit, standard shipping charges will apply and will be displayed at checkout.

- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@hikecloth.com.
- Orders for custom printed t-shirts cannot be canceled once production has started.
2. Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns/exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom printed t-shirts cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
